We want you to love your Silk & Stem arrangement. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original condition
• In their original packaging
• Unused and undamaged

How to Start a Return

Email us at kate.bowman2@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items. Get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at kate.bowman2@hotmail.com.
